運送会社はどこですか？ Which shipping carriers do you use?
日本国内へのお届けは「ヤマト運輸」と「佐川急便」を利用しております。日本国外へのお届けは追跡番号つきのEMSを利用しております。
「ヤマト運輸」は通常のご注文時に利用し、「佐川急便」は各種加工のご注文時に利用する場合が多く、各社の輸送状況に応じてその都度最適な方法を選択しております。前述の二社でしたらご指定も可能ですのでご希望がございましたらご注文時に備考欄にてご記載ください。
For deliveries within Japan, we use Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.For international shipments, we use EMS with a tracking number provided.

配送不可の製品としましては、本鼈甲製品などワシントン条約にて取り決められた素材の製品。各種度付きレンズ。KameManNen・MAX PITTIONの製品。セルロイドなど航空機に積載できない素材の製品などがございます。
Yes, we can ship internationally to destinations where EMS service is available.
However, certain items cannot be shipped overseas. These include products made from materials regulated under the Washington Convention (such as genuine tortoiseshell), prescription lenses, products from KameManNen and MAX PITTION, and items made from materials that cannot be transported by air, such as celluloid.
