MYKITA マイキータ
”美とテクノロジーの融合”をテーマに、0.5ミリ厚のシートメタルを用いたフレームを基本として掛けやすく美しいフレームベルリンにて全てハンドメイドでメガネを製造するブランド。ネジを用いないフレームでも有名です。
浦和店にてお取り扱い中の、ic!berlinのブランド設立当初からデザインを統括していた2人のデザイナー”フィリップ”と”ハロルド”の二人を含むMoritz Krueger(モーリッツ・クルーガー)、Harald Gottschling(ハラルド・ゴットシュリング)、Daniel Haffmans(ダニエル・ハフマンズ)、Philipp Haffmans(フィリップ・ハフマンズ)の4人のクリエイティブ集団が中心となって2003年に立ち上げました。ブランド名の由来は、幼稚園(ドイツ語」でMy Kindertagesstaette)があった場所に工場を建てたからだそう。
